Electric Pump Motors; Disney Wurlitzers
By Damon Atchison

Hello all! I would like to inquire to all of those lucky persons who
own a mechanical instrument with an electric motor to pump a large
bellows to provide suction, or someone who knows how they work in terms
of the motor's functions. I'd like to build a large bellows with an
electric pump for my '21 Beckwith player, instead of the gnappy little
suction box in there now.

I don't have an electric motor or anything and I was wondering if
re-creating a setup like that is possible. Also, I was reading the
book "Drop another nickle in the Nickelodeon" which I enjoyed and
throughout the book it showed pictures of Disney having posession of
HUGE seemingly unrestored WurliTzer instrumentations. What is
happening there?
