AMICA Membership
By Karl Ellison

Regarding AMICA: The Membership Secretary is now

    Bill Chapman
    317 Erie Ave.
    Seattle, WA 98122.

    (206) 323-9191
    shazam@28bbl.wa.com

Simply send him a check with your name/address. He'll send you a form
asking you to profile yourself and your instruments to be entered in
the AMICA registry which is peridically published and mailed, I
believe, once/yr. It's indexed by state, by name, and by
instrument-type! Membership rates have been recently raised to $32/yr
(from $27) to cover increased expenses and to keep the rate stable for
a few years. With your membership, you get an amazing bulletin every 2
months, edited by Robin. It contains photos and descriptions of each of
the local chapter meetings, and major articles of "how-to"s, essays,
reprints of service manuals, upcoming events, in short - a real
professional publication!
