C. C. Harvey and Sons Piano

Hi there!  I'm a new guy on the block and am trying to find information
about my player piano.  I inherited the instrument from my grandmother
(bless her!).  I had the player rebuilt several years back and it works
great!  How can I find out who made the player and when?  How can I
find out when the piano was built?  All I know is the name on the piano:
C. C. Harvey & Sons.  Sure would appreciate any assistance.
