I've been reading with interest the recent Digests which indicate that
some people find dealing with Durrell Armstrong's PPCo difficult.  Well,
I've ordered from PPCo for 25 years;  I went through the times with no
computer, computer, and again no computer.  I remember the time when
"others" were operating the company, and shipping some items in
containers that cost more that the product.

I have _never_ had problems in ordering, or having my shipments arrive on
time.  The person at the other end of the line has always been friendly.
I'm guessing that they still use a customer number as added protection
against a mix-up in similar names.  I know that I've ordered using Al
Pebworth, Richard Pebworth, or Yesterday's Music.  A look at the customer
number would show that I'm one and the same.

Let's just give Durrell Armstrong a great big vote of thanks for the fine
service he has given us through the years!
