Several years ago, I began scanning roll labels into PCX files in
order to produce decent looking replacement labels for my collection.
After several years and many dozens of hours hovering over a scanner,
I ended up with a collection of 124 different labels.  Each label is
black and white (this was long before color printers and scanners were
prevalent).  Some of the labels are in really good shape, others
definitely need work.   Using Windows Paintbrush, you can add a title
and other label information and print a good looking replacement
label.

Thanks to Ken Vinen, there are more than twenty Ampico labels in the
collection.  There are also groups of labels from Australian producers,
the modern recutters, and plain old U.S. 88-note producers.

I have been marketing these two diskettes for $10.95.  Although I am
no longer selling piano rolls, I still do sell the diskettes.  Because
of the interest in the diskettes and the discussion in yesterday's
digest, I've decided to offer the labels risk free to all MMD
subscribers.

Download the labels and try them out.  If they don't suit your needs,
you can delete them from your computer and you've lost nothing other
than the 10 minutes to download.  If there is something there you can
use, then mail a check for $5 to the address in the readme.txt file.
