Hi,  I don't see it in the QRS catalog but maybe one of the Mechanical
Music Digest members knows where you can find a copy.  I'll cc: this to
the MMD and perhaps someone will contact you directly.  It will take a
couple of days, so please be patient.  If no answer comes within a week,
it's probably not available.
