Well, I was making a joke, but I should point out that with the
Disklavier, it is possible as the music is playing for the operator/
user to manually control the volume, the tempo, the transposition of the
performance and use the pedals.  In the case of playing back performances
which lack dynamics (old player rolls transferred to MIDI files) these
activities make a lot of sense; with properly recorded material intended
for the Disklavier, other than fiddling with the volume, you wouldn't
bother with any of this.

Using the word "pianolist" in the context of a solenoid piano sounds
funny to me, but the description matches the definition you reference.
