Hello All,  After a rather exhausting search for National Book Network,
I found them in the AT&T 800 Directory.  Their address and contact phone
numbers are below.  I did not check out these numbers but did verify their
location against the 800 number in three different ways.

By the way, the correct name of the company is: National Book Network
University Press Of America (Lanham, MD)
