Mechanical Music in New York City
By Sam Harris

I have a piano moving job to do in New York City. I'm not sure of the
exact dates yet but they will be during the weeks of August 11th or 18th.
A friend of mine has an aunt who is moving to a smaller home and needs to
get rid of the piano. I don't know when I will get another opportunity
to visit New York again and I was wondering if there are any mechanical
music collections in the area that any of you know about.

I am not fortunate enough to have a great collection (yet!) so I have
decided to "Video Collect" instrument until I can get the real thing. If
any of you know of a collection or of single instruments to view let me
know. Do any of you MMDers live in NY city? If so maybe we could get
together for lunch or supper. Thanks in advance for any info.
