It all depends on where in CT one resides.  If you are close to RI, I can
strongly recommend Kirk Russell 401-783-1966.  He has restored and old H.
C. Bay for us (which probably wasn't worth restoring, but my last name is
Bay so what the heck!) and recently completed restoration of the "Beale
Street Special" from the Disney collection.  I've had the opportunity to
get to know him quite well via these projects and think he is excellent.
