Nor-Cos Playrola
By Marty Roenigk

Several MMDers have referenced the red plastic player harmonicas. Just
to add to the base of information, about 10 years ago we bought what I
was told was the remaining stock of these from a fellow I think on Long
Island. I bought somewhere between 100-200, I don't remember exactly. All
in the grey boxes, each with two rolls, and he didn't have any extra
rolls. And we did have a lot of trouble with some of the handles breaking
off. Before I bought that lot I had never run across these, and since
then most of the ones I have seen have come from the lot I bought. I
tried to track down the company address in Baltimore, but as I recall
the company either was out of business or had moved down South.
