Just to add to the Higel discussion: these rolls can also be found in
Australia.  They are not terribly common, but I have several large 88-note
Solodant/Tempoaid rolls, mostly of classical and operatic pieces.  As has
been noted already, they are well-made rolls in substantial boxes.
