Sources for Machining Small Parts

I have had good success with local rebuilders of phonographs,
particularly those focusing their attention on outside horn machines.
Many of these folks share a common interest in vintage music, are often
very well equipped to make one-of small metal parts, and are quite
prepared to lend a helping hand.

Something to think about.
