Talking During the Performance

Some do not wait. Has anyone else noticed that a few misunderstanding
people try to conduct conversations with the performing pianolist, even
when he is singing?

I mentioned this experience to a few folks who sing professionally, and
they said it's common in their business, but they don't know why. People
will rudely walk up to a singer, start talking to him, and become hostile
when the singer ignores them.

[ I've had the same experience when I perform, too. I think that
[ those rude folks just want to be seen with the performer, and
[ somehow share the limelight. -- Robbie
