The Mafia and gangsters in general have long been know to launder money
via coin-operated industries.  Many of our beloved mechanical music
instruments were, indeed, coin-operated.  Is there any indication that
the Mafia was involved with the manufacture, distribution or utilization
of mechanical music instruments?  Has anyone ever researched this or
written a book?  Could be some fascinating history here!
