It sounds from the dimension given that Erik Lampi might have a
Celician unit.  If so, it has a unique tracker bar that has holes
wider as they go from the center of the T/B out to each edge.  This
was to compensate for the expansion of the paper rolls.  If this is
a Cecilian, probably made by Farrand, I perhaps can supply some
information.
