Introduction
By Hubert Kennedy

Hello, my name is Hubert, and I'm glad there is a MMD because maybe
someone can help.

I recently purchased a Sterling reproducing baby grand with an Auto
Del Luxe expression action. I've rebuilt uprights with standard action,
etc. I have the A. Reblitz book on how to rebuild player pianos and it
has been most helpful, although I cannot find out who made this player
action.

The action has all the expression mechanisms compact all in the pull
out drawer under the key board. I've seen Ampico, Duo-Art and Welte-
Mignon but I don't know who made this one.

I'm in desperate need for a tubing blueprint in order to connect all
the hoses correctly. I don't even know what type rolls are used. I do
know that standard 88 can be used because they line up correctly and
the paper is standard width.

If someone could please help me get information and a tubing blue print
I would be most grateful.

Thanks
Hubert Kennedy

[ Welcome to MMD, Hubert. I think that our capable techs can help you,
[ but a description of the tracker bar would certainly identify the
[ type of roll for the piano. Could you tell us about the extra holes
[ on both sides, outside of the playing-note region. Are they all
[ identical, or are some offset or taller? Good luck! -- Robbie
