Hi Walt.  There must have been two different sets.  I have one set
called the First Edition (Martin Method) which consists of:

  Roll #1:  Teaching Proper Use of Accompaniment Levers
  Roll #2:  Teaching proper Use of Tempo Lever
  Roll #3:  Teaching Proper Use of Pedals
  Roll #4:  Teaching Proper use of Sustaining Levers
  Roll #5:  Practice Exercises
  Roll #6:  Practice Exercises.

The other set called the Fourth Edition (Martin Method) consists of:

  Roll #1:  Teaching Proper Use of Accenting Levers
  Roll #2:  Teaching Proper Use of Tempo Levers
  Roll #3:  Teaching Proper Use of Pedals
  Roll #4:  Teaching Proper Use of Sustaining Levers
