Harmonia Disc Music Box

Hi MMDers,  A local shop has for sale a disc music box, it is in a
plain case with the brand "Harmonia" inlaid on the inside of the lid.
It plays discs of approximately 17" that have no projections.

Could it be a Stella marketed under a different brand ?  I have been
unable to find Harmonia discs but I have found Stella -- are they
interchangeable ?  Any information would be appreciated.
