Hello gang,  Well, a small disaster struck Tempola Music rolls today:
Our Pianomation system in the Foster piano smoked!

The piano was merrily playing away and stopped dead.  A small wisp of
smoke came from the power supply.  (A person once told me that my music
"would smoke a piano," but this is ridiculous!)

Well, QRS, in Florida, had a frantic Andy on the phone.  They assisted
me every way possible, trouble-shooting the problem.  We determined the
power supply had given up.  A new one is on the way, no problem there.
They also told me to stop worrying about it, they would replace the
whole unit if they had to!

They point I am making is that QRS will fully stand behind their
product, which is very rare to find today.  Too many times I buy
something and the Company who makes it will forget all about you
once you make the sale.  Not so at QRS!
