Gottschalk "Radieuse" from Meliora Rolls
By Jim Canavan

All this conversation about L.M. Gottschalk is a good opportunity for
me to recommend a wonderful new roll by Tim Baxter of Meliora Rolls:
a 4-handed, grand waltz duet by Gottschalk, "Radieuse." If you want a
wonderful roll that promises to give your player (and your feet) the
workout of a lifetime, this is it. Tim has done a wonderful job, even
to the expression roll-like detail of extending the final sustain perf
well past the last note perfs. Note to those lucky folks with
Duo-Arts: Tim's working on a D-A version as I write this.

To those unfamiliar with Gottschalk's music, or with just the commonly-
found "Dying Poet" and "Last Hope", treat yourself to this roll! You'll
wonder why no one ever put it on roll before. You can contact Meliora
