who had to perform a prolonged operation to remove a very large foot
from my mouth!  I have no idea how it got there.

My research is obviously not up to date, and I spoke too quickly.  My
apologies, too, to Philippe John van Tiggelen for my ignorance of what
is obviously the definitive work on the subject.

Now, if you will all excuse me, I have a rather large humble pie baking
