The book on the Mills Violano-Virtuoso that Jack Breen is looking for
is by MMD's own Mike Kitner and Art Reblitz.  Go to any good library,
give them this information, and ask -- no, demand; what are libraries
for but to serve up books? -- that they get you a copy on Inter-Library
Loan.  They will know how and will run with the problem, if they are
any good, trying first their favorite state and local libraries, then
the Library of Congress as library of last resort, if all else fails.
LC does have it.
