I am one of the MMD subscribers Jody mentioned that can supply the MIDI
'black box' to go between a sequencer and an instrument. My range of
units are aimed at the do-it-yourself instrument builder and are
supplied as a fully built and tested PCB, which keeps costs low and
allows the board to be incorporated into the instrument to suit the
