A few days ago, a subscriber to MMD asked about the punch advances of the
common reproducing piano rolls.  As it turns out, there have been three
submissions to the Digest regarding this matter, which I found easily by
using the Foxtail archive search engine.  They are as follows:

(1) "Ampico Step Advance is 356 Steps/Foot" (1996.12.08.08),
(2) "Duo-Art Punch Advance" (1996.12.04.14),
(3) "Duo-Art Roll Punch Advance" (1996.12.02.01).
