Replacement Piano Hammers

I used Renner hammers on my 1923 6'6" Chickering, restored in 1985.
They provide a "commanding sound" for that large instrument.  I used
Ronson hammers for my 1922 5'6" J & C Fischer.  They "fit" that
instruments scale.

My suggestion is: have your technician try both brands on the bass
section, using selected notes an octave apart.  Your ears will tell
you which strike the strings most pleasantly for you.
