Untrue Allegations -- Resolved
By Ken Danckaert

I am very pleased to report that the differences between Brian Chesters
and myself have been amicably resolved to both our satisfaction. We
are both glad to get this behind us and to move on to more constructive
endeavors.

To that end, and to help others avoid this unfortunate situation, we
have agreed to collaborate on information, to be posted to this group,
intended to help others avoid the pitfalls of Internet buying and
selling. This will cover sales and sales agreements, accuracy in
terminology, monetary exchanges, shipping, insurance, etc.

We hope to elicit discussion and hopefully come up with some
guidelines for both buyers and sellers.

[ It's nice that you say "amicably resolved"; that hints that two
[ Gentlemen worked together to make it happen. Congratulations
