Autographed Book by Larry Givens

I recently picked up, at a used book store, the books "Re-Enacting
The Artist - A story of the Ampico Player Piano" and "Rebuilding the
Player Piano" by Larry Givens.

The Ampico book has the liner page written with "With very best
regards, from Larry Givens  7/15/71".  At that time, the book
belonged to Robert H. Bissell of Oroville, CA.  Now neat!

I read in the MMD archives that two years ago he was quite sick with
multiple sclerosis.  I wonder how he's doing now?  Is he still at the
same postal address today?  I'd like to send him a letter telling him
how much I enjoyed reading his Ampico book cover to cover!
