Bottle-phone Turned by Water Wheel
By Berley Firmin

Hi! Speaking of the bouteillephone or bottle-phone, _years_ ago
the "Woodwright's Shop" guy on PBS built one that used a wooded barrel
with studs placed on it that turned by the means of a water wheel.
The barrel pins, or studs, operated levers that struck bottles filled
with varying amounts of water. It played some simple melody.

I've been meaning to build one for a water garden that would operate
from my free-flowing artesian well.
