Take-up Spool for Wurlitzer 125
By Tommy Forney

We needed a spare take-up spool for our Artizan A-2 with Wurlitzer
125 roll frame, so I asked a local business that does high tech machine
work. (They make the machines that take cookies like Oreos and
register them, squirt the filling, and flip the tops on, etc.)

They took our spool, made a drawing, and then made the new part.
It works beautifully and is nice looking. I don't know if they are
interested in more work. I think it would depend on the demand.
What is the need out there for these spools?

[ Mike Kitner wrote in MMDigest 990215 that he needs one. What's
[ the price for one from your local shop, Tommy? What's the price
 [ for ten? -- Robbie
