Thorens (yes, the same Swiss company who made music boxes for many
years) still produces an excellent line of turntables, including at
least a couple of models that accommodate 78 rpm.  For a new one, I know
I have seen them advertised in J&R Music World's catalog, but I am sure
they can be found by a search on the 'Net.  As I recall, the price was
around $180.00.

Another option would be to hunt thrift stores, yard sales, and flea
markets.  I have found several excellent turntables in those places,
often for next to nothing, and only needing a bit of cleaning, and
a new stylus.  Good luck!
