PianoDisc Repetition

I'm curious if anyone cares to comment on the repetition rate on
the PianoDisc player.  Mine seems to miss notes.  I thought it was
my action but I can make it repeat at a much higher rate then the
PianoDisc player can.  I'm curious if this is a unique situation or
if it's problematic with the Piano Disc.  Thanks!
