Trademarks Art Echo, Artecho, Art-Echo
By Tom Steuer

With all the current discussion on Art Echo, I thought it might be
interesting to point out that, a couple of years ago, I applied for, and
received, the right to the trademark for Art Echo, Artecho, and Art-Echo.
A legal search proved that it had been left unused in the public domain for
the sufficient period to become available, and I applied for it and
received it.

My goal is to use the name in the publication of music discs for Disk-
lavier, Piano Disc, and Pianomation hardware, and also, when appropriate,
to publish these discs as audio CDs in exactly the manner that Wayne
Stahnke and Richard Riley have done. Also, I am interested in reproducing
vintage popular music of the '20s and '30s on CD. I presently have several
projects in work, and hope to be able to offer them within six to 12
months. More about these later.

Regards,

Tom Steuer
