Licensing Music - Harry Fox Agency
By Ed Gaida

With the talk of producing music rolls for small organs, I went to the
Harry Fox web site to see what information I could obtain concerning
licensing fees [in USA].

If the song has already been recorded, the fee listed is 7.1 cents
per copy of the recording you make, or 1.35 cents per minute, whichever
is greater. This license does not include reproduction of arrangements
already recorded. For that you contact the individual arranger.

If I am not reading this correctly, I am sure there are others out
there who can correct me.
