The seller of the Wurlitzer Bijou says it is one of only two.  I have
seen three of them and his isn't one of them.  There is one for sale in
Cleveland that is really nice if anyone wants the information let me
know.  It is less than the one on E-bay.  Goes to show there could be
more of these out there than anyone knows.
