Rare Rolls by Pete Wendling

Just found two piano rolls played by Pete Wendling:

1. QRS Autograph 100563  "Buzzin' the Bee" (One-step for dancing)
2. Rythmodik "Mississippi Days" (Fox-trot for dancing)

Wondered if these might be very rare, and worth having duplicated?
