There has been some confusion about the firm Jager & Brommer organ that
was featured in the recent Hammacher Schlemmer catalog.  While quite an
ego boost to their firm to have one of their organs on the front cover,
the price quoted was a slap-in-the-face.   Obviously the market that
Hammacher Schlemmer is attempting to reach, and entice, is quite a
different market than is seen in the world of mechanical music
collecting.  Jager & Brommer's prices for that same organ (as well as
others) are much, much, much less and any MMDer is welcome to contact
Wolfgang Brommer (he contributes frequently to the MMD) or myself about
the same organ.
