The quickest way to solve this is to purchase a style "A" coin piano
test roll and re-spool it on a pin end roll core.  Style "A" music
rolls are six holes to the inch, as are 65-note rolls.  Do not buy
a "G" roll (also six to the inch) because the note scale is different.
These rolls are available from several sources such as Dave Miner,
Don Rand, etc.

I don't know of any re-cut 65 note test rolls.  Perhaps someone may
have an original to spare, but I have used the above method with good
results.
