I have received a reply to my air mail enquiry concerning the status of
this project (see MMD 99.07.11, 00.01.22, 00.01.24).  Mr. Keith Pinner,
a Trustee of the museum, explained the background to the project and
said (in part):

"... we hoped to be printing the book quickly but the response to the
MMD was very disappointing."

They are continuing to seek interest elsewhere.
