Pinblock Plugs

Hmmm...  If the block is still in good condition, you could try to use
thicker pins.

If the holes no longer allow this, I would prefer to replace the
block now.  I doubt if your method will be cheaper (it's a lot of
work), and after all, in the future a new block has to be placed
anyway.  So you will always end up with a higher amount all-over.
