Hello all,  Well the very first Vintage Technology Fair (or 'show',
as they would say in the States) went very well.  There were several
MMD'ers present.

Several hundred came through the door to see the 61 stalls selling
gramophones, phonographs, musical boxes, old radios, etc.  Only three
or four said they didn't want a stall at the next event on September
10th, so I take it that all the rest had a good time.  There were two
film crews and we saw ourselves on BBC that evening.  Channel 4 recorded
the event for a future programme.

Why don't you all come along to the next one in Blackpool, about 50
miles from Manchester airport.
