Source of Organ Reeds in the UK
By Brian Chesters

I think it was Mr. Nigel Perry who asked about obtaining new reeds
for a Clariona "Reed Pipe" organette. I spoke to Geoff Worral, who
used to have thousands of reeds. He sold them to Neville Blakey in
Nelson (Lancashire); I called him. Yes, he has several drawers
full of reeds.

If you send him the broken one, he will post it back with a replacement
one. You can call him at 01282 613 593. He did say he would like to
sell the whole lot to someone, as he is now retired and has lost his
wife seven years ago.
