Duo-Art Air Motor Speed Regulation Problem

Hello, I am Mario from Italy.  I have a Weber upright with a Duo-Art
player.  I have a problem with speed regulation.

During play, when the spill valve closes, the speed of the roll
increases.  I would like to resolve this problem.  Can you help me?
