Mechanical Music Museums in Washington, DC
By Joyce Brite

I plan to be in the Washington, DC area next month and I'm looking for
mechanical music museums or private collections to visit.

I have already checked Philippe Rouille's Musica Mecanica web site
which lists the carousel at Glen Echo Park in Maryland, and also the
MMD Archives. In March, Douglas Henderson wrote about the Piano300
exhibit at the Smithsonian.

Time will be limited so I'm hoping to find exhibits with flexible
hours. Please write to me at <brite@ksu.edu> if you have any
suggestions. Thank you.
