A less expensive method of acid etching was discussed about a year
ago on the Sundial list. The method involved letting the resist-coated
metal sit in a batch of warmed etchant. There is a down side to this
method. The cut does not have straight edges, but undercuts the
resist, due to the longer exposure times.
