HTML Control & Microsoft Outlook Express
By Jim Cook

One more item, if I may be so bold. Outlook Express 98 and newer
allows you to set the email type sent to each address in your address
book. Go into your address book and edit an address; you will find
a check box which will force the email sent to that address to be plain
text. Try it -- it works very well.
