Modifying Windows File Type Associations

It may not be widely known but it is possible to set up both Internet
Explorer and Netscape so that an application such as Cakewalk will
be the default player for all MIDI files that are downloaded from the
Internet.  This is particularly useful if you want to change channels
or do some other editing before playing an acoustic instrument.
