Laguna rolls is based on the south coast of England.  It's owned by
Steve Cox who, I'm told has retired.  I visited him some years ago
and saw his roll manufacturing setup which consists of a largely
hand built (by the look of it) perforator controlled by a computer.
I think the machine could make five copies.
