1920s Street Organ Recordings at Web Site
By Brian Flora

It's been hard to get out of the shop, but I finally made time to
get five RealAudio files of late 1920s recordings of street organs
sampled and up on our site. They are sampled from 78 rpm records in
our collection, and presented with all existing scratches and blemishes.

The link is available from the organ history page on our site,
http://www.floraco.com/organs/

Any guesses as to the organs whose sounds are preserved on these
recordings? They are identified only as "Street Organ" and "Barrel
Organ" on the records.

Enjoy!
