Hi,

I have a 1920 Mehlin 5' Welte grand for sale. Professionally refinished
last year dark, brown/red mahogany lacquer, w/ matching bench. Piano had
a quality rebuild in the 80's. Now has new Ronson hammers, piano action
cleaned and regulated, Welte pneumatic system completely rebuilt last
year in Ron Sanchez's Player Shop. Plays very nicely--sounds excellent
for a small piano. I've been using this piano in my music room, but my
Mathushek Welte piano is on it's way back and I need the space.=20

I'd like what I have in it: $7500, but negotiable. I'm in Southern
California.
